The purpose of this report is to show the position of the capital programme for 2015/16 at the end of Period 9.

1)    Approve the release of £1.7m from the Schools Capital Maintenance policy provision to fund works as detailed in Appendix C, para 5.3, and add these works to the capital programme;

2)    Approve a release of £113k from Housing Revenue Account Affordable Housing Policy Provision to provide a budget for a right-to-buy buy back, as detailed in Appendix D, para 7.5 of this report.

To enable works to be appropriately funded and schemes to progress.
