Decision details

(1)  The findings and the outcome of the consultation are noted;

(2)  The implications outlined in the Equality Impact Assessment are noted, and the mitigating actions proposed are agreed;

(3)  That option 3 outlined in the report be determined as the preferred option; and

(4)  That a short period of consultation takes place that will focus specifically upon the details of the fund described in option 3 and how it will be implemented.

To allow the Council to conclude the review into working with the City’s Voluntary and Community Sector and agree a suitable way forward.
