Minutes:

Councillor Willmott submitted a report setting out the results of the Annual Statutory Audit of the Council's Best Value Performance Plan. He commended to Cabinet the unqualified Audit as an overall endorsement of the Council’s approach to modernisation and Best Value.

RESOLVED:

(1)that the Council's response to the statutory audit report of the Council's Best Value Performance Plan, be approved; and

(2)that the proposed methods of publicising the audit, be approved.
