Councillor Getliffe submits a report informing the Cabinet of the completion of phase two of the Mental Health Integration Project and providing an update on progress with the integration work programme. The Cabinet is asked consider a number of recommendations with regard to entering in to a partnership agreement with Leicestershire and Rutland Healthcare Trust, Leicestershire County Council and Rutland County Council for the provision of integrated mental health care.

Councillor Getliffe requested that this report be deferred to ensure that the comments of the Social Services and Personal Health Scrutiny Committee could be received before a decision was taken.
