Councillor Roberts submits a report seeking endorsement of proposed changes to the role and structure of Leicester Partnership against Crime and Disorder and seeking an appointment from the City Council for the new executive type partnership group.

Councillor Roberts, Cabinet member for Strategic Planning and Regeneration, submitted a report of the Director of Environment and Development seeking endorsement of the proposed changes to the role and structure of Leicester Partnership against Crime and Disorder and seeking an appointment from the City Council for the new executive type partnership group.

Councillor Roberts nominated Councillor Draycott, Cabinet member for  Housing and Neighbourhood Renewal, as the Council’s representative on the new executive type partnership group. 

RESOLVED:

(1)       That the provisional agreement to the new role and structure of the Leicester Partnership Against Crime and Disorder, be endorsed;

(2)       That Councillor Draycott be the City Council’s representative on the new executive partnership group.
