• Councillor Patrick Kitterick - - For the avoidance of doubt, Councillor Kitterick explained that in respect of item 17, Sale of Land and Viaduct at Duns Lane, allegations had been made in the Leicester Mercury that he was an employee of De Montfort University. Councillor Kitterick stated that he had been employed on a casual basis by De Montfort University Students’ Union, but this employment terminated in January 2009. He added that he had no financial ties with the De Montfort University and had no interests to declare relating to this item.
