• Councillor Culdipp Singh Bhatti MBE - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Bhatti declared a personal and prejudicial interest in respect of Item 9, “Fullhurst Community College Structural Solutions for national Challenge Schools – Land Transfer,” as his daughter-in-law was a teacher at the school. He undertook to leave the meeting during consideration of the item.
