(i)       The appropriation of the Lanesborough Road Phase 1 site from the General Fund to the Housing Revenue Account for the sum of £911,000.

 

(ii)       The appropriation of the land and buildings at Marwood Road Stocking Farm from the General Fund to the Housing Revenue Account for the sum of £701,500. 

Reasons for the decision:

To appropriately account for Council owned land.

Not appropriating the sites.
