Executive and Officer Decisions

To seek authority for disposal of the Council’s freehold interest in land at Phases D & E at Ashton Green, for housing development, to Tilia Homes.

To:

•           Approve the freehold disposal of the Councils interest at Phases D & E, Ashton Green, Leicester (identified in Appendix A) to Tilia Homes (the Purchaser)

•           Approve entering into unconditional contracts for the sale of Phases D & E, on detailed terms to be agreed by the Strategic Director (City Development and Neighbourhoods)

•           Approve the entering into of the collaboration agreement apportioning cost and value against land ownership with the Diocesan of Leicester who is a joint landowner of the comprehensive parcel.
