Since summer 2025, customers of Bright Pan Puri Puri have been taking up the parking spaces on Payne Street, leaving residents without a driveway unable to find parking on the street and making them park far away. Additionally, customers who park on Payne Street often eat in their cars and throw their plates and leftover food onto the street before leaving. Lastly, customers who park on Payne Street are often extremely loud, loitering past midnight and disturbing residents. Turning Payne Street into a resident-only parking area would help reduce the parking, littering, and noise issues for residents.
