To consider to use of the TMBs at the Judgemeadow Community College site for education capacity.

To approve the transfer of 13 Temporary Modular Buildings (TMBs) to St Johns the Baptist Primary School and Glebelands Primary School as per option 2 and add £0.7m to the capital programme funded from Basic Need Grant. 

To approve the addition of £0.5m to the current Future Years TMB capital budget for the reinstatement of remaining sites to be funded from the Basic Needs Grant.    

The TMBs at Judgemeadow Community College are no longer required to support additional places at the school. These units will be relocated to other educational sites to support mainstream and specialist places. This decision relates to the installation of TMB units at St John the Baptist Primary School to create bulge classes in year 5 and year 6 and suitable classroom for pupils at Glebelands Primary School. This ensures suitable and sufficient places in the city.

1.       Approve to remove and sell back all Judgemeadow modules.

2.       Approve to; relocate required TMBs to other education sites and sell or store remaining modules.
