To approve the allocation of up to £4.9m from Housing Revenue Account (HRA) reserves to cover the forecast 2026/27 HRA deficit (para 10.6).

 

 

Reasons for the decision:

The City Mayor and Overview Select Committee receive a report on the forecast revenue budget position quarterly throughout the year, as well as an outturn report at the end of the year. These decisions are consequential to the monitoring exercise.
