1.       £333k for New House Build Council Housing, funded by Midland Net Zero Hub grant, see Appendix B, para 3.15

Reasons for the decision:

The City Mayor and Overview Select Committee receive a report on the forecast capital budget position quarterly throughout the year, as well as an outturn report at the end of the year. These decisions are consequential to the monitoring exercise.
