Statutory proposal previously approved to expand Fosse Primary and close Slater Primary. This Revocation is to withdraw the proposal. Fosse Primary to remain a 2 form entry school and for Slater Primary to remain open.

To consider to:

To approve the revocation of the previous decision, namely;

i)          that Fosse Primary School will remain with its current capacity of 420; and

ii)         that Slater Primary School will remain open

On the basis that there have been no negative representations to the statutory notice to revoke the proposals, the commentary set out in the report, and statutory considerations.

1 - Reject the revocation of the proposals;

2 - Approve the revocation of the proposals;

3 - Approve the proposals with a revision; or

4 - Approve the proposals subject to them meeting a specific condition.
