To show the position of the capital programme for 2022/23 as of the end of September 2022.

Approve the following transfer:

1.         £290k to HRA Communal & Environmental Works from Disabled Adaptations & Improvements, see Appendix B, Para 3.15.

Approve the following addition:

1.            £639k to Green Homes, funded by government grant, see Appendix B, Para 3.8.

Approve the following policy provision release:

1.         £100k from New School Places for New Parks House to fund additional works, see Appendix A, Children’s Services, Para 2.2

Note: The decision taken did not meet the criteria of a Key Decision and was, therefore, taken as Non-Key decision.

The Executive and Overview Select Committee receive a report on the forecast capital budget position regularly throughout the year (as well as an outturn report at the end of the year).  Recommendations arising from this are often included within the report.
