To approve Option 2 as outlined in the report for:

-         Lansdowne Road to be operated by a special school to create additional SEND places.

-         The building works to be completed with its associated budget.

To determine the type of educational provision to be offered on site and approval to release the funding for the project to proceed.

1.       Complete the building works with a decision for Leicester Partnership School (PRU) to operate their KS4 provision from the site and offer additional SEND places.

2.       Complete the building works with a decision for an experienced special school to operate from the site and offer additional SEND places.

3.       Complete the building works with a decision that a partnership of special schools and the PRU to operate provision from the site.

4.       No further development of the site and no educational for educational provision operating from the site.
