Decision details

To approve capital funding for the repair and maintenance of schools and other children’s services assets in the 2017/18 financial year.

To release funding totalling £1,000,000 from the capital programme as itemised in report.

To undertake compliance works and those works deemed as a high priority and essential to be undertaken on school buildings / sites.

To co-ordinate the above £1,000,000 works with the £6,000,000 works currently being undertaken on schools during 2017-2018, capitalising on school holiday periods.
