That Goscote House be decommissioned and demolished and that the site be redeveloped by the council or sold.
Reasons for the decision:
Whilst it has been established that the structural frame is in sound condition this cannot be guaranteed moving forward. The block now requires significant investment and we would need to be able to be guaranteed that Goscote House has a future in excess of 30 years to commit to its full refurbishment. We cannot guarantee this.

Considered refurbishment and reconfiguration as detailed in the report.
