Decision details

The Executive and Overview Select Committee receive a report on the forecast capital budget position regularly throughout the year (as well as an outturn report at the end of the year).  Recommendations on additions and transfer are included within the report.

To approve the following changes to the capital programme:

a)    deletion of the Friars’ Mill extension project (as described at Appendix A, para. 3.8 of the report), meeting the costs already incurred from within the overall budget for the Waterside project;

b)    addition of £129k of Pothole Action Plan funding (as detailed in Appendix B, para. 3.2 of the report);

c)    addition of £2.2m DFT funding for bus retrofitting (as detailed in Appendix B, para. 3.3 of the report).
