INQUORATE MEETING Minutes: On behalf of the Committee, the Chair apologised to the appellant that, as only two Members were present, this meeting was inquorate, so the Committee was not be able to consider the appeal before it.
AGREED: 1) That, as this meeting is inquorate and the Committee is unable to consider the appeal before it, the meeting be postponed to a date to be arranged; and
2) That the meeting referred to under 1) above be held in March 2018 if possible. |
