Apologies were received from Councillor Bhavsar, Matt Davinson – City Warden, Youth Services team, Michelle, Milo & Kerry of the NHS Wellness Team.

Councillors will elect a Chair for the meeting.

The Chair will introduce those present and make any necessary announcements.

The Chair and any other Councillors who are present will make any declarations as required by the Councillors’ Code of Conduct.

The Chair announced that as there were no members of the public present and taking account of the number of apologies received from participants on the agenda it was not viable to hold the meeting as it would not benefit anyone.

It was agreed that the meeting be rescheduled to Thursday 11^th December 2014 at 6pm and the items on the agenda deferred to that date.

The meeting closed at 6.10pm

The Action Log of the meeting held on 26^th August 2014, is attached and Members will be asked to confirm it as an accurate record.

Elizabeth Logan, a Senior Planner in the Planning Transportation and Economic Development Department will provide information and a presentation on the Local Plan issues and options.

Councillors are reminded that under the Council’s Code of Conduct they should declare any interest they may have in budget applications.

An update will be given on the Ward Community Budget. A summary of grant applications submitted for consideration since the last meeting is attached.
