36.	INTRODUCTIONS The Chair will introduce those present and make any necessary announcements. The Chair and any other Councillors who are present will make any declarations as required by the Councillors’ Code of Conduct.
37.	APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
38.	ACTION LOG The Action Log from the meeting held on 27 January 2014 has been circulated.
39.	ATTENDANCE BY THE POLICE AND CRIME COMMISSIONER Sir Clive Loader, the Police and Crime Commissioner, will be at the meeting to explain how the Police Plan is prepared and discuss issues of importance to the area.
40.	POLICE ISSUES UPDATE Officers from Leicestershire Police will be at the meeting to provide an update on police issues in Thurncourt Ward.
41.	CITY WARDEN The City Wardens will give an update on issues in the Thurncourt Ward.
42.	HIGHWAYS ISSUES Highways officers will give an update on highways issues in the Ward.
43.	HOUSING ISSUES Housing officers will give an update on housing issues in the Ward.
44.	WARD COMMUNITY BUDGET PDF 183 KB Councillors are reminded that under the Council’s Code of Conduct they should declare any interest they may have in budget applications a) An update will be given on the Ward Community budget; and b) A list of grant applications submitted for consideration at this meeting is attached.
