Dr Tamhne to ask:

Can the ICB explain why under its plans for this financial year 26/27 Psicon Right to Choose is not able to offer routine autism or ADHD assessments for patients currently on the waiting list? Furthermore, I understand that these changes have been introduced as part of local nhs planning decisions and apply across all providers in the area. Surely this will result in an even great back log for 2027. Please explain the rationale and implications of your decision.
