The Lord Mayor invited Members to declare any interests they might have in the business on the agenda.

There were no relevant declarations made under Section 106 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992.

Moved by Councillor Cank, seconded by Councillor Cassidy and carried:

That a Members’ Allowances Scheme (MAS) be made for the municipal year 2021/22, in accordance with the Scheme proposed by the Independent Remuneration Panel through their report dated February 2020.

That the implementation of the Dependent Carer’s Allowance provisions be monitored with a view to considering any possible further changes to this if required.

There being no other business, the Lord Mayor declared the meeting closed at 6.31pm.
