Hamilton Library

The Jerome Project, Hamilton Library Community Garden

To have modifications to the side gate to enable easier access for the community to the Jerome Project Garden without the need to go through the library.
Currently this gate is only able to be used to exit the garden, anyone wishing to enter needs to come into the building and through the library and ask to be let into the garden.  This is seen as a barrier for some people who are not necessarily comfortable in a library/literary building.

Hamilton Indoor Bowls

Christmas luncheon

Hamilton indoor bowls, and senior citizens group nether hall would like to amalgamate their 55 members to allow them to have a Christmas luncheon together.  They would like the meal to be free to their members as a thank you for their continuous attendance that keeps the club going. We would like the event to be on Friday 1th December.  Although our members are from Humberstone Hamilton area in the main, we would like this to be held at Thurnby lodge Youth and Community Centre as our members would like a drink during their meal and being at this venue will allow them to do that.
