To approve the reductions to budgets described in Appendix A and delegate authority to the Director of Finance to determine the specific budget ceilings affected; and for the in-year underspend to be transferred to the Managed Reserve Strategy.

The Call-In was considered by the Overview Select Committee at its meeting on 14 December 2023 where it was withdrawn by resolution of the Committee in accordance with Rule 12 (g) of Part 4D of the Council’s Constitution.
