To:
a. approve the St Martin’s link scheme, with a total scheme cost of £3.5m;
b. note the £2.42m already approved within the capital programme for 1
2-20 Cank Street Link (a previous version of this scheme);
c. approve the transfer of £1.08m budget from the Transport Improvement Works programme earmarked for transport schemes such as this.
