To approve the addition of £200,000 to the Capital Programme, funded from capital receipts, to enable the Council to acquire the long leasehold interests in 7 and 11 Hinckley Road.
It is to be noted that the City Barrister and Head of Standards, will prepare and execute all necessary documentation required. The Director of Estates and Building Services Division will agree the required detailed terms.
