1) Approve the revised model for the Youth Service set out in Option 2 in Table 1 on page 6 of the decision report and its implementation in order that the targeted £923,000 saving can be realised. Paragraph 4 of the report details the background information and rationale for remodelling the Youth Service. Table 1 of the report details the model based on Option 2 as the chosen model from the public consultation process.
2) To initiate the business case and begin the formal consultation with Trade Unions and Staff members in scope.
