To approve the following change to the capital programme:
a) addition of £400k to capital programme for increased costs for the Finance system replacement project, to be financed from earmarked reserves (as detailed in Appendix A, page 10 of the report).
Note: The decision taken did not meet the criteria of a Key Decision and was, therefore, taken as Non-Key decision.
