1) That the programme for £4.31m of works described in the report is approved, in order to address the next series of defined high priority areas of capital improvement across the Children’s Services school portfolio, based on current stock condition data and priority of need;
2) That £4.31m be released from the from the capital programme policy provision of £8m for School Maintenance to fund these works.
