Recently there has been an Introduction of Sunday Street Parking Charges in the City Center of Leicester. Parking charges are already impacting businesses in the City, as the footfall has declined massively and moved to other areas with Free Parking. Sunday sees an increase in football in the City, imposing parking charges on Sunday, will impact this. Less footfall over the years, has seen the City Center get full of homeless and drunkens hanging around, knowing not much will be done about it.
