As a community we want safer roads around our local school. This includes making Hattern Avenue a one way street AND placing either a zebra crossing or traffic lights outside the school on Marwood Road. There have been several incidents and accidents involving children on these two roads, luckily none have been fatal. This goes without saying an accident that occurred on December 5th 2022 was more serious involving an 8 umyear old girl who's suffered head injuries. This could have ended in a total different way. Our roads are not safe. Dropping the zone to a 20 isn't enough. We need more to be done!!
