Consultation process
This review included a 12-week public consultation period (10 March to 29 May 2015) open to all citizens of Leicester. The consultation included an online survey, distribution of hard copy questionnaires, public meetings in community and neighbourhood centres, three open meetings arranged in association with existing service providers and service users.
