• Councillor Rory Palmer - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Palmer declared that he was a Board Member for the Special Olympics, and, as such, if the item on the Special Olympics discussed any financial matters, he would leave the room, as he would have a prejudicial interest in the matter.
