 Declarations of interest for agenda item 'FUNDING TRANSFER FROM NHS ENGLAND TO SOCIAL CARE 2013/14'

• Councillor Manjula Sood MBE LL.D(Hon) - Regular Other Disclosable Interest - Chair of the Leicester Council of Faiths, Patron of the Carers Association and her mother was in receipt of a social care package from the Council. In accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct, these interests were not considered so significant that they would prejudice Councillor Sood’s judgement of the public interest and she would not, therefore, be required to withdraw during any discussion involving these interests.
