 Declarations of interest for agenda item 'PLANNING ENFORCEMENT PERFORMANCE'

• Councillor Ross Willmott - Regular Other Disclosable Interest - Although not a member of the Commission, Councillor Willmott declared an Other Disclosable Interest in agenda item 9, “Planning Enforcement Performance”, for transparency, in that he was Chair of the Belgrave Hall Conservation Society, which had liaised with officers about concerns regarding the lack of enforcement action taken in certain situations. This interest was considered to be relevant to the meeting’s discussions and so did not preclude Councillor Willmott from addressing the Commission at the invitation of the Chair.
