The minutes of the meeting of the Adult Social Care Scrutiny Commission held on 14^th November 2024 have been circulated and Members will be asked to confirm them as a correct record.

The Chair is invited to make any announcements as they see fit. 

Any questions, representations and statements of case submitted in accordance with the Council’s procedures will be reported.

Any petitions received in accordance with Council procedures will be reported.

The Director of Finance submits a draft report proposing the General Fund

Revenue Budget and Capital Programme for 2025/26.

The Director for Adult Social Care and Commissioning submits a report to provide an overview of the development and progress of the Adult Social Cost Mitigation Programme. 

The Director of Adult Social Care and Safeguarding submits a report to provide the Adult Social Care Scrutiny Commission with an overview of the support offered to people who self-fund their Adult Social Care (ASC) support.

The Strategic Director of Social Care and Education will provide the Adult Social Care Scrutiny Commission with a verbal update on the Care Quality Commission Assessment progress.

Members of the Commission will be asked to consider the work programme and make suggestions for additional items as it considers necessary.
